Both shoot and root growth may be stimulated by using a high COMPALOX® P buffer. Despite the fact that the high COMPALOX® P buffer desorbs 6-7 times less P compared to standard P fertilization plant growth is stimulated since the COMPALOX® P buffer ensures a constant P desorption also in periods between irrigations. This is especially interesting in species where growers want a stable growth like in Chives as showed below.
